Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns of any unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

• Returns are free of charge for unwanted or unused items.

• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

• Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

 

Warranty

Your FogCommand unit comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects.

Please note, the warranty does not cover:

• Accidental discharges of fog

• Misuse or improper handling of the product

• Exposure to water or outdoor conditions (the unit is designed for indoor use only)
